Breakfast at Motto am Fluss

Motto am Fluss is definitely one of the most trendy cafe-restaurants in Vienna. It is very modern, dynamic, innovative and almost always crowded. If you plan to visit during the weekend, either make a reservation, or be ready to wait really long for a table.
What we like the most about Motto is their creative menu and the sophisticated way of serving food, which is very photogenic (for more pictures check this post). The only thing which can be totally annoying in this restaurant, when it comes to food photography, is the light, in case it is very sunny outside. So for this reason, there are only a few pictures today.

There are a lot of interesting breakfast options, so making a decision about what to choose is not easy. This time we opted for sweet and savory breakfast. One was an olive oil sunny side egg, with mashed potatoes, fresh spinach and crispy bacon (for the ones who love their breakfast a bit heavy : ) ), and the other one of course pancakes with fruits and maple syrup. Simply delicious! : )

Lately, we got very interested in mobile photography (we are using Samsung S4 and S5), so we decided to post some of the pictures from our Instagram profile. Hope you like them!

And before we say goodbye, a brief announcement for the foodies out there – today begun the biggest food and cooking fair in Austria. It is taking place at Messe (the Viennese fair at the Messe-Prater U2 station), until Sunday, the 18th of January. We will be going there : )

 Motto am Fluss je definitivno jedan od najatraktivnijih kafe-restorana u Beču. Motto je vrlo moderan kafe i skoro uvek je pun, tako da je najbolje da sto rezervišete unapred, kako biste se poštedeli dugog čekanja (posebno ako je vikend u pitanju). 
Ono što se nama najviše svidja kod Motto-a, je njihov kreativni meni i prefinjen način serviranja hrane, koja je uvek fotogenična (za više slika, pogledajte ovaj post). 
Ponuda za doručak je bogata, i nije lako odlučiti se šta pre da probate. Mi smo ovaj put izabrale jaje na maslinovom ulju, sa pireom, spanaćem i karamelizovanom slaninom (ovo će se dopasti onima koji preferiraju teži doručak : ) ) i palačinke sa voćem i javorovim sirupom. Kao i uvek, sve je bilo izvrsno : )

U poslednje vreme smo se baš zainteresovale za fotografiju mobilnim telefonima (koristimo Samsung S4 i S5), tako da vam danas prikazujemo neke od slika koje smo objavile na našem Instagram profilu. Nadamo se da će vam se dopasti! 

I pre nego što se odjavimo, kratko obaveštenje za gurmane – danas je počeo najveći sajam kulinarstva i hrane u Austriji. Traje do 18.januara i održava se na Bečkom sajmu (stanica U2 Messe-Prater). Mi ćemo ga naravno posetiti : )
